Spencer previously worked as VP of Talent Acquisition and Director of Recruitment at social enterprises in the US and Africa. Spencer has been featured in Forbes & Planet Money’s The Indicator podcast and given talks on the job search on three continents. He began his career as a Peace Corps math teacher in Ghana. Originally from Michigan, Spencer lives in Lyon, France with his wife, Barbara, and daughter, Leone.

Dan has helped hundreds of clients worldwide land roles across education, government, healthcare, life sciences, philanthropy, social enterprise, and purpose-driven nonprofits and businesses of all kinds. Dan is the host of the Forward-Looking Leadership podcast and a member of the PRIME Coaching Academy Board of Advisors. He has been featured in Forbes & HBR and been invited to speak with groups across the world on modern career strategy. Now residing in Boston’s Jamaica Plain neighborhood with his wife, Heather, Dan has called Boston, DC, and NYC home in recent years.
